Kane's Wrath is the expansion to Tiberium Wars. It has a single campaign set around the events of the base game. A fantastic entry, but make sure you play Tib Wars first. This game also references Tiberian Sun and Firestorm a little more directly, which are earlier entries in the series before Tib Wars. If you play Tib Wars, play this straight after! But don't play this first. Red Alert 3 is the third game in the Red Alert series. These games don't worry so much about continuity while the games are narratively linked, the links are very minor and each game works just as well as a standalone. This game starts in an alternate history where Hitler was removed from the timeline by a time-travelling Albert Einstein, thus leading to the rise of the Soviet Empire in the power vacuum. ![]() RA3 doesn't really take itself that seriously, it's somewhat more cartoony. The style isn't everyone's cup of tea and it does play into fanservice themes at times which date it, but it's still a fun game and a decent entry game, you can play it without really knowing much else. Uprising is the expansion to RA3, it contains three minicampaigns and a fourth bonus minicampaign focusing on the unit Yuriko, which plays somewhat differently. It's not bad per se, it's just probably the weakest here.
